Request for Masks & Tests

Complete this form if you would like to request face masks and/or tests. This can be for an individual, family, community distribution, event, or organisation. There is no limit to the number of times you use this form to request masks and tests.

Our aim is to provide high-quality, high-filtration masks that are therefore - in the spirit of Sheffield steel - strong and reliable. See our full mission statement here.

If you have masks and tests you'd like to donate, are interested in joining our effort, or are a Covid-safe space, group, organisation or business willing to put up fliers or serve as a pick-up point for masks and tests, we would love to hear from you via email!

We are comprised of a group of local people - including queer, gender nonconforming, and disabled folks and carers - who operate on "crip time," so we thank you for your patience as we try to handle requests!
