Todon Forms is a website to create, host and share your forms, powered by the open-source Liberaforms. From their website: "With LiberaForms you can browse, edit, and download the answers to your forms; include a checkbox to require Data protection law consent, collaborate with other users by sharing permissions; and much more!"

We also run the radical leftist anti-authoritarian Mastodon servers Todon.eu and Todon.nl. Therefore forms published here should be in line with our Terms of Service.

If you are on todon.eu or todon.nl you can request an account with sending an email to todon@posteo.eu (using the same email address you use for your Mastodon account). Or you can send a private mention (DM) to our admin on todon.eu (if you are on todon.eu) or to our admin on todon.nl (if you are on todon.nl). Everyone else need to explain what kind of forms they want to add, so we can decide if we want to give you an account (no guarantees).
